This year, you can mark Wednesday, September 18, 2024as the expected launch date in your calendar. As in previous years, the first Team of the Week (TOTW) awaits you directly with the web app release
What is the EA Sports FC 25 Web App?
The Web App is a browser-based application that allows you to use all the key management and trading features of Ultimate Team mode without having to launch the main game on your console or PC. Although you can’t play matches, the app allows you to complete many of the key activities, which we list below:
- Buy/Sell Players: Use the transfer market to make bargains or sell your players to earn coins.
- Complete Squad Building Challenges (SBCs): Here you can trade in players you don’t need to unlock rewards.
- Open Packs: You can open all available packs and integrate your new players directly into your team – before the release, however, only with coins and without using real money.
- Manage team: Customize your team, change formations, set tactics and give individual instructions to your players.
- Claim rewards: Get your rewards from Division Rivals, Squad Battles and FUT Champions.
- Customize club and stadium: Change the look of your club, from the jerseys to the stadium.
How can I access the web app
Just follow these steps to use the app:
- Visit the official website of the Web App as soon as it is launched.
- Log in with the EA account you use for the main game.
- You will immediately have access to your Ultimate Team and can get started.
Important: Access before the release of EA FC 25 is only possible if you have already played the Ultimate Team mode in the predecessor FC 24. If this is not the case, you can only use the web app after you have logged into Ultimate Team in the main game for the first time
Companion App: Manage Ultimate Team on the go
In addition to the web app, there is also the Companion App, which was developed for mobile devices. It offers similar functions to the web app, but is optimized for smartphones. This app is expected to be available in the app stores for iOS and Android on September 19, 2024, one day after the web app.
