Xbox at Gamescom – What’s on offer

gamescom 2023 is just around the corner and Xbox has a lot to offer. From August 23-27, you can expect a huge selection of exciting games, exciting photo opportunities, the return of FanFest, and much more at the world’s largest gaming event.

To solve quests, you’ll need to solve puzzles, answer questions, visit specific locations (digitally or on the show floor), or interact with the community. Rewards include experience points, profile icons, backgrounds, and more.

You can also grab more tangible treasures, such as discount codes, add-on content for popular games, merchandise, and very limited collectibles Those who purchase the Epix Loot Detector will even have a chance to win a free ticket to Gamescom every day, and unlock exclusive quests and avatars.

The biggest Xbox presence ever

This year, Xbox will have its largest presence ever at gamescom. With over 10,000 square feet of space, you’ll be able to watch and play the latest games from Xbox Game Studios, third-party developers and ID@Xbox.

Xbox has many more exciting announcements in store for you. For example, there will be exclusive cinematic showings of Starfield and Forza Motorsport as well as a first look at Ara: History Untold from Oxide Games. ID@Xbox celebrates 10th anniversary

Xbox is celebrating the 10th anniversary of its indie program ID@Xbox this year. At gamescom, you can play a variety of ID@Xbox titles including Lamplighter’s League from Paradox, SteamWorld Build from Thunderful, and Lightyear Frontier from Amplifier.

FanFest, Devcom and more

FanFest and devcom are once again part of the Xbox program at gamescom. FanFest is an exclusive event for Xbox fans where you can interact with other fans, enter sweepstakes and try out the latest games. The devcom is a conference for game developers where you can learn from experts in the industry.

Livestreams from gamescom

If you can’t be at gamescom in person, you can also watch Xbox’s presence on livestream. Xbox will be broadcasting live from their booth for about 3 hours each on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. You can also join the virtual FanFest event on Aug. 23 at 8:30 p.m.
