Instead of complaining, a nightclub that appears in the GTA 6 trailer takes its appearance with humor – and responds with its own video
The record-breaking trailer for GTA 6 shows many locations that are obviously inspired by the real world: Vice City is the virtual image of Miami, we see the Florida Keys island chain and the swampy Everglades – but some lesser-known locations have also made it into the game.
One of these is the nightclub E11even (pronounced Eleven), which responds to its appearance with its own GTA-style trailer:
In case you’re wondering what this has to do with the GTA 6 trailer: If you watch the trailer (at the top of the article) again, you can recognize an airplane with an advertising banner for the fictional club Nine1Nine at the 15-second mark, which alludes to the real-life model with the similarity of the names.
The E11even club apparently does so much advertising in real life with its airplane banner that it has earned a small appearance in the trailer. And the club, which is described by visitors as a mixture of nightclub and strip club, can probably also be seen again at the 29-second mark.
GTA fans celebrate nightclub reaction
Apart from the music and the style of the landscape shots, the short video doesn’t have much to do with GTA 6. Nevertheless, the video has been extremely well received by viewers on (YouTube) and (Reddit) because the operators are happy about the parody and take it with humor – quite unlike the Florida Joker
Now it’s your turn: How do you like the parody of the parody? Is the trailer of the nightclub worth seeing or at least the idea behind it quite cool? Or could the operators have saved themselves the trouble? As always, scroll down and let us know your opinions and thoughts in the comments section!
