Various bugs occur at champions during the League of Legends World Championship. One of them possibly cost the LEC record champions the victory
The LoL Worlds 2022 are in full swing. Currently, the teams are in the group stage with three matches remaining to decide playoff entry or early elimination. However, there seem to be bugs in some matches which also have an impact on the course of the game.
LEC record winner G2 Esports had to face JD Gaming on Monday. During the match, a bug occurred with Darius” Ultimate that was a factor in the European team”s defeat. During a teamfight on the mid-lane, Darius” Ultimate suddenly seems to be on cooldown, although it shouldn”t happen with the skill if the target still dies while casting.
Anyone knows why Darius ult went on CD in-game? Lolwiki says it shouldn”t because target died while casting https://t.co/kLCYkPDbMO

As a result, G2 Esports is almost completely eliminated by JD Gaming and the Chinese team storms to the opposing Nexus. However, this does not seem to be the only bug. With Gnar, apparently his Q ability is supposed to run somewhat incorrectly. Actually, the Boomerang should return to the champion in a straight line. However, the projectile takes a different direction on its return.
Because of this, in the match between Top Esports and DRX, top laner Hwang “Kingen” Seong-hoon was able to do enough damage to his opponent beforehand to eliminate him afterwards. In the case of another champion, Riot Games has already reacted and temporarily removed him from the game.

During the match between Rogue and GAM Esports, a visual bug appeared with Orianna”s Ultimate. The ability appeared to still be visually on the champion, but still hit Viktor, who was nowhere near Orianna at that moment. Riot Games appears to have fixed the issue with her Ultimate, according to an announcement on Wednesday, as the champion will be available again at Worlds 2022.
