Huge LoL Midseason Patch – Mythic Item Changes & Ivern Rework

Patch 13.10 is the midseason patch for League of Legends. Among other things, it brings a lot of item changes, as well as an Ivern rework with it.

With patch 13.10, Riot presents the mid-season update – and it’s quite something. In addition to a rework of the friendly jungler Ivern, quite a few mythic items have been affected. The focus of Riot’s changes is especially on the ADC items.

When is LoL patch 13.10 coming?

The mid-season update should be coming to live servers on May 17, 2023 according to Riot’s patch schedule. As always, the update will involve a short downtime of the servers at the update time.

LoL Patch 13.10 – Ivern Rework

  • Attack range increased: 475 -☻ 525

Passive: Friend of the Forest

  • Life cost of the groves increased: 98.25 -☻ 131
  • Manacost of the groves increased: 90 -☻ 113
  • Growth time of groves on level 1 reduced: 50 -☻ 40
  • REMOVED: Buffs can no longer be shared

W: Brushmaker

  • NEW: Allies do additional on-hit Magic Damage when attacking from Ivern’s bushes.
    • Magic Damage Bonus: 5-15 (+10% AP)
  • NEW: Bushes disappear when Ivern’s team loses sight in them
  • Duration of bushes increased: 30 -☻ 60
  • Cooldown reduced: 40-24 seconds -☻ 20 seconds

E: Triggerseed 

  • Shield size reduced: 80-220 (+70% AP) -☻ 70-190 (+60% AP)
  • Explosion damage reduced: 70-150 (+80% AP) -☻ 60-140 (+70% AP)
  • NEW: If the shield explodes and no enemies are hit, the next ally gets a shield for 2 seconds instead (70-190 (+60% AP))
  • Cooldown increased: 11-7 seconds -☻ 12-8 seconds

R: Daisy!

  • NEW: On arrival, Daisy deals 90-130 (+20% AP) damage and throws hit enemies into the air for 0.75 seconds
  • NEW: Daisy can be cast at any distance on targets hit by Rootcaller (Q)
  • REMOVED: Bonus movement speed for Daisy in the first 5 seconds of her appearance.
  • Daisy AD adjusted: 70/100/170 (+30% AP) -☻ base hit damage: 40-80
    • Daisy Base AD: 55 (+10% AP)

    • Damage scaling adjusted: Now scales at 60% AP

    • Damage adjusted: Now scales at 40% AP for the first hit and 20% for subsequent spears.
    • Slow adjusted: Now scales at 5% per 100 AP

    Support items

    Chalice of Blessing – 950 Gold – Component 

    • Grants 200 life + 75% base mana regeneration
    • Passive – Harmony: Grants 25% base life regeneration for each additional 25% mana regeneration
    • Composed of: Ruby Crystal + Faerie Charm + 300 Gold

    Lifewell Pendant – 1050 gold – component

    • Grants 150 life, 20 armor and 100% base life regeneration
    • Composed of: Ruby Crystal + Cloth Armor + 350 Gold

    NEW: Echoes of Helia – 2300 Gold – Mythic Item

    • Grants 30 AP + 200 Life + 15 Ability Haste + 125 Base Mana Regeneration
    • Soul Siphon: Damage dealt to enemies grants a Soul Shard (max 2 can be saved). Granting an ally a heal or shield consumes the Soul Shards and restores (depending on the ally’s level) 40-120 life and deals (depending on the ally’s level) 40-210 damage to the nearest nearby enemy
    • Dissonance: Grants 3 AP per 25% base mana regeneration
    • Mythic Passive: Grants all other Legendary items 5 Ability Haste
    • Consists of: Chalice of Blessing + Bandleglass Mirror + 400 Gold

    Locket of the Iron Solari – 2300 Gold – Mythic Item 

    • Grants 200 Life + 30 Armor + 30 Magic Resistance + 150% Base Life Regeneration
    • Active – Devotion: Grant a shield to nearby allies (200-360 – based on allies’ life)
    • Consecrate: Grant all nearby allies 3 armor and magic resistance
    • Mythic Passive: Boost all Legendary items Consecrate by 2 armor and 2 magic resistance

    Evenshroud – 2300 Gold – Mythic Item 

    • Grants 200 life + 30 armor + 30 magic resistance + 150% base life regeneration
    • Coruscation: After holding a player or being held yourself, the target and all nearby champions receive 10% increased damage for 5 seconds
    • Mythic Passive: Grants all other Legendary items 5 armor and magic resistance

    Moonstone Renewer – 2300 Gold – Mythic Item 

    • Grants 35 AP + 200 Life + 20 Ability Haste + 100% Base Mana Regeneration
    • Starlit Grace: Heals and Shields jump over to another nearby ally and heal or shield them for the same value.
    • Mythic Passive: Grants 5 Ability Haste 

    to all other Legendary items.

    Radiant Virtue – 2700 Gold – Mythic Item 

    • Grants 350 Life + 30 Armor + 30 Magic Resistance + 10 Ability Haste
    • Guiding Light: When you activate the Ultimate, you “transcend.” This increases your max life by 12.5% for 9 seconds and heals allies within 1200 range for 10% of the wearer’s max life
    • Mythic Passive: Grants 75 life to all other Legendary items

    Imperial Mandate – 2300 Gold – Legendary Item 

    • Grants 55 AP + 20 Ability Haste + 100% Base Mana Regeneration
    • Coordinated Fire: Abilities that slow or hold a champion cause bonus Magic Damage and mark the hit enemy for 4 seconds. Damage from allies causes the mark to explode, dealing additional magic damage and granting the bearer and ally 20% Movement Speed for 2 seconds

    Staff of Flowing Water – 2100 Gold – Legendary Item 

    • Grants 35 AP + 8% Heal & Shield Power + 75% Base Mana Regeneration + 5% Movement Speed
    • Rapids: Heals and Shields grant wearer and target 33-55 AP and 20 Ability Haste for 4 seconds

    Ardent Censer – 2100 Gold – Legendary Items 

    • Grants 35 AP + 8% Heal & Shield Power + 75% Base Mana Regeneration + 5% Movement Speed
    • Sanctify: Heals and Shields grant wearer and target 15-30% Attack Speed and 15-30% On-Hit Magic Damage

    Zeke’s Convergence – 2200 Gold – Legendary Item

    • Grants 350 Life + 25 Armor + 20 Ability Haste + 125% Base Life Regeneration
    • Active – Conduit: Select an accomplice (60 seconds cooldown).
      • Convergence: After holding an enemy, your accomplice deals additional magic damage (30 – 70 (based on leveling) + 1.5% Max. Life + 7.5% AP) to that enemy

    Knight’s Vow – 2200 Gold – Legendary Item 

    • Grants 350 Life + 25 Armor + 20 Ability Haste +125% Base Life Regeneration
    • Active – Pledge: Choose an ally
      • Sacrifice: While your ally is nearby 10% of the damage they take is redirected to you and you heal for 10% of your ally’s dealt damage.
      • If your ally has less than 30%, 20% of the damage that hits him will be redirected

    Assassin items

    Youmuu’s Ghostblade – 3100 Gold – Mythic Item

    • Get 60 AD + 18 Lethality + 20 Ability Haste
    • Active – Wraith Step: Grants 25% Movement Speed and Ghosting for 6 seconds (45 seconds cooldown). When this is active, you generate stacks twice as fast.
    • Haunt: Collect up to 100 Spectral Shards while moving. Depending on the number of Spectral Shards you get up to 50 bonus movement speed. At maximum number of Shards you get additional 10-12 Lethality (depending on level). Shards reset 4 seconds after you deal damage to an enemy.
    • Mythic Passive: Grants all other Legendary Items 8 AD

    Duskblade of Draktharr – 3100 Gold – Mythic Item 

    • Get 60 AD + 18 Lethality + 20 Ability Haste
    • Nightstalker: Your abilities do up to 15% more damage depending on the target’s missing life. If a champion you attacked in the last 3 seconds dies, you become untargetable for 1.5 seconds Untargetable (10 seconds cooldown).
    • Mythic Passive: Grants all other Legendary Items 5 Ability Haste and 5 Movement Speed

    Prowler’s Claw – 3000 Gold – Legendary Item 

    • Grants 55 AD + 15 Lethality + 15 Ability Haste
    • Sandstrike: After Dashes, Blinks, or after exiting Stealth, your next attack on a champion deals additional physical damage (5 second cooldown). For Meelee champions, the attack also slows its target for 0.5 seconds for 99%

    ADC-Items

    Guinsoo’s Rageblade – 3200 Gold – Mythic Item 

    • Grants 30 AD + 30 AP + 25% Attack Speed
    • Wrath: Grants 30 on-hit Magic Damage. Critical Strike chance converts to up to 200 additional On-Hit Magic Damage.
    • Seething Strike: Auto-Attacks grant 8% Attack Speed (up to 4 times, Max Bonus Attack Speed = 32%). On-hit Magic Damage is doubled for full stacks.
    • Mythic Passive: Grants 5% armor penetration and 6% magic penetration to all other Legendary Items

    Infinity Edge – 3400 Gold – Mythic Item 

    • Grants 70 AD + 20% critical strike chance + 35% increased critical strike damage
    • Mythic Passive: Grants all other Legendary Items 5 AD

    Navori Quickblades – 3400 Gold – Mythic Item 

    • Get 60 AD + 20% Crit Chance + 20 Ability Haste
    • Transcendence: Your attacks reduce your cooldowns by 12% (Ultimate excluded).
    • Impermanence: Your abilities do up to 20% increased damage based on your crit chance
    • Mythic Passive: Grants all other Legendary Items 5 Ability Haste

    Galeforce – 3400 Gold – Mythic Item 

    • Get 55 AD + 15% Attack Speed + 20% Crit Chance + 7% Movement Speed
    • Active- Cloudburst: You dash in one direction, firing 3 projectiles at the enemy with the lowest life near you (champions are prioritized). Physical damage is increased against targets with low life up to 60%.
    • Mythic Passive: Grants all other Legendary Items 5 AD

    Statikk Shiv – 3000 Gold – Legendary Item

    • Get 45 AD + 25% Attack Speed + 20% Crit Chance
    • Energized: Moving and attacking generates “Energized Attacks”.
    • Electroshock: Your “Energized Attacks” fire a string of lightning bolts that deal magic damage and hit 6-12 targets (based on your level)

    Immortal Shieldbow – 3000 Gold – Legendary Item

    • Grants 50 AD + 20% Crit Chance + 7% Lifesteal
    • Lifeline: If you receive damage that would reduce your life below 30%, you receive a shield for 3 seconds, as well as 30% Attack Speed for 8 seconds (90 seconds cooldown)

    Kraken Slayer – 3000 Gold – Legendary Item 

    • Get 40 AD + 30% Attack Speed + 20% Crit Chance
    • Bring it Down: Every third auto attack does additional magic damage. Increases by 50% after 6 seconds on the same target

    Rapic Firecannon – 3000 Gold – Legendary Item 

    • Grants 30 AD + 15% Attack Speed + 20% Crit Chance + 7% Movement Speed
    • Energized: Moving and attacking generates “Energized Attacks”.
    • Sharpshooter: Your “Energized Attacks” do additional magic damage and have up to 35% higher Attack Range

    Stormrazor – 3000 Gold – Legendary Item 

    • Get 55 AD + 15% Attack Speed + 20% Crit Chance
    • Energized: Moving and attacking generates “Energized Attacks”.
    • Bolt: Your “Energized Attack” does additional magic damage and grants 45% Movement-Speed for 1 second

    Bloodthirster – 3200 Gold – Legendary Item 

    • Get 55 AD + 20% Crit Chance + 18% Lifesteal
    • Engorge: When you have over 50% life, your Attack Damage increases (based on your level)

    Lord Dominik’s Regards – 3000 Gold – Legendary Item 

    • Get 35 AD + 20% crit chance + 30% armor penetration
    • Giant Slayer: You deal up to 25% bonus AD and AP damage to champions with more max life than you

    Runaan’s Hurricane – 2800 Gold – Legendary Item 

    • Grants 40% Attack Speed + 20% Crit Chance + 7% Movement Speed
    • Peck: Auto-Attacks do 30 On-Hit Magic Damage
    • Wind’s Fury: Your Auto-Attacks also fire additional shots at up to 2 targets near your target. These shots deal 50% physical damage. The additional shots can critically hit and deal on-hit effects to

    The Collector – 3000 Gold – Legendary Item 

    • Get 55 AD + 20% Crit Chance + 18 Lethality
    • Death and Taxes: Damage that would leave opponents below 5% alive executes them. Champion kills also grant an additional 25 gold.

    Phantom Dancer – 2800 Gold – Legendary Item 

    • Get 20 AD + 30% Attack Speed + 20% Crit Chance + 7% Movement Speed
    • Spectral Waltz: Auto-Attacks grant “Ghosting” and 7% Movement-Speed for 3 seconds. After 4 attacks Spectral Waltz grants additional 30% Attack Speed

    Mercurial Scimitar – 3000 Gold – Legendary Item

    • Get 40 AD + 30% armor penetration + 20% crit chance
    • Sepsis: Physical damage triggers 40% Grievous Wounds on targets for 3 seconds

    Recurve Bow – 700 Gold – Component 

    • Grants 15% Attack Speed

    • Grants 40 AD + 300 Life + 20 Ability Haste
    • Spellblade: After you use an ability, your next auto attack is boosted depending on the target’s maximum life. If the target is a champion, you also heal yourself for 55% of the damage.
    • Mythic Passive: Grants 3% armor penetration and 3% magic penetration to all other Legendary Items

    Trinity Force – 3133 Gold – Mythic Item 

    • Grants 40 AD + 35% Attack Speed + 300 Life + 20 Ability Haste
    • Threefold Strike: Auto-Attacks grant 20 Movement Speed for 5 seconds. If the target is a champion or structure, you also generate additional Attack Damage for 5 seconds (stacked up to 5 times)
    • Spellblade: After using an ability, your next Auto-Attack is boosted.
    • Mythic Pasive: Grants all other Legendary Items 3 AD, Ability Haste and Movement Speed

    Goredrinker – 3200 Gold – Mythic Item

    • Granted 55 AD + 300 Life + 20 Ability Haste + 8% Omnivamp
    • Active – Thirsting Slash: Deals physical damage to nearby enemies. You restore life for each champion hit
    • Mythic Passive: Grants 75 life and 3 Ability Haste to all other Legendary Items

    Stridebreaker – 3300 Gold – Mythic Item

    • Get 60 AD + 20% Attack Speed + 300 Life + 20 Ability Haste
    • Active – Halting Slash: Deal physical damage to nearby enemies and slow them for 40% for 3 seconds. Can also be activated while moving
    • Heroic Gait: Doing physical damage grants 20 Movement Speed for 3 seconds.
    • Mythic Passive: Grants 2% Movement-Speed to all other Legendary Items

    Hullbreaker – 3000 Gold – Legendary Item 

    • Get 60 AD + 400 Life + 150% Base Life Regeneration + 5% Movement Speed
    • Boarding Party: If there are no allies near you, you get additional armor and magic resistance. Your auto attacks also do 20% more damage to towers. Large minions near you also get 20% armor and magic resistance and do 200% more damage to towers

    Maw of Malmortius – 2800 Gold – Legendary Item 

    • Get 65 AD + 50 Magic Resistance
    • Lifeline: Receive magic damage that would reduce your life to below 30%, receive a shield that expires over 4.5 seconds, become 25% taller, and also receive 30% Tenacity for 8 seconds

    Sterak’s Gage – 3100 Gold – Legendary Item

    • Grants 400 life
    • The Claws that Catch: Get 50% of your base damage as bonus attack damage
    • Lifeline: Receive damage that would reduce your life to below 30%, receive a shield that expires over 4.5 seconds, become 25% larger, and also receive 30% Tenacity for 8 seconds

    Tank Items

    Abyssal Mask – 2400 Gold – Legendary Item 

    • Grants 300 Life, 60 Magic Resistance + 10 Ability Haste
    • Unmake: Curse nearby enemies by reducing their magic resistance. For each cursed champion you gain 9 magic resistance

    Force of Nature – 3000 Gold – Legendary Item 

    • Grants 400 Life, 60 Magic Resistance + 5% Movement Speed
    • Absorb: When you receive magic damage from enemies, you collect “Steadfast” stacks for 7 seconds. Holding an enemy grants 2 additional stacks
    • Dissipate: If you have collected 10 Steadfast stacks, you will receive 30 magic resistance and 10% more movement speed

    Patch 13.10 – System Changes

    Minions

    • Minions on the side lanes and on the midlane now meet at the same time (except for the first spawn) -☻ sidelane minions have been sped up.
    • Minions attacking a tower ignore “help” pings

    Unleashed Teleport

    • Upgrade time changed: 14 minutes -☻ 10 minutes

    Homeguards

    • Normal homeguard start time changed: 20 minutes -☻ 14 minutes

    Fountain

    • Mana regeneration per tick increased: 2.1% Max. Mana -☻ 3.1% Max. Mana
