Evercore Heroes Announcement Trailer
In the October 11 cinematic trailer, we get an animated taste of what to expect in Evercore Heroes.
The trailer shows how a wide variety of heroes combine their powers to defeat a powerful boss together.
Gameplay
Evercore Heroes is a brand new mix of MOBA and MMO Raids. In contrast to the classic MOBA principle (such as League of Legends), however, Evercore Heroes does without direct PvP contact.
In Evercore Heroes, four teams of four compete against each other simultaneously in a turn-based PvE experience.
Similar to well-known MOBAs, the teams consist of heroes of different types. For example, there are tanks, healers or damage dealers. However, only eight of these heroes have been revealed so far, so the selection is not yet that large.
Each hero has four abilities that can be levelled up in the course of the game in order to strengthen them.
Gameplay
Teams can upgrade their characters by killing monsters and collecting gold and crystals. At the same time, they try to charge their Evercore by completing tasks. Once the Evercore is successfully charged, the teams enter the boss domain.
As teams fight the monsters that stand in their way, they can also trigger waves of enemies that make life harder for the other teams. In this way, teams can put their opponents on the spot.
The goal is to kill the final boss first. However, this appears simultaneously for all teams that have managed to defend their Evercore.
When and how can you play Evercore Heroes?
Since the game is still in development, there is no official release date yet and also no concrete statement on which platforms the game will be available.
The developer studio Vela Games, however, notes on their (website) that the game is set for 2023.
