The ingame event for the Worlds 2022 is here. Here you can find out everything you need to know about the event, the rewards and new skins.
Just in time for the start of the Worlds 2022, Riot Games has given the starting signal for the matching ingame event in the League of Legends Launcher. In this article you will find all the information about the new skins, missions and other rewards that you can earn as part of the event.
When will the Worlds 2022 Event take place?
The event already started on 06 October and will last until 14 November. Until then you can earn the event tokens through the passport and the missions. The Event Shop will be available for one week longer, until 21 November.
How much does the Worlds 2022 Event Pass cost?
You can either purchase the pass individually for 1650 Riot Points, or purchase the bundle for 2650 RP.
If you buy the pass individually, you will immediately receive 200 event tokens and 4 Worlds balls for free.
The more expensive bundle also includes the 200 tokens and 4 orbs, but also includes the Spirit Blossom Master Yi skin and matching Summoner icon.

At first glance, it might look like a lot has changed with the new Event Pass. If you take a closer look, however, many things have remained the same. One major difference, however, is that there is now an extra event page where you can find everything important about the Worlds 2022 event.
You can access the event page via the client navigation by clicking on the small Worlds icon.

Here you can see an overview of the Event Pass. Below you can see how far you have progressed with the pass.
The passport unlocks various rewards and event tokens that you can use to buy items in the Event Shop. Some rewards are free to unlock, but most are only available once you have purchased the Event Pass for RP.
You reach higher levels by earning LoL event experience. You can earn this through various missions.
Worlds 2022 Event Shop
Navigate through the Event Shop using the icons on the left of the event page.
Here you can view the various rewards that you can purchase with the event tokens. You can use the tokens to buy skins, chromas, Worlds orbs, profile frames, mythical essences or TFT legend eggs, among other things.
Worlds 2022 Skins
In addition to the Worlds skin, which is exclusive to Azir this year, this year’s event is all about the many new Spirit Blossom skins. These are available for the champions Aphelios, Darius, Evelynn, Master Yi, Sett, Soraka, Syndra, Tristana, and Yorick.
Master Yi has also received a prestige skin for this series. You can unlock this in the Event Shop alongside other rewards for 2000 Event Tokens. The event shop also promises another prestige skin, but this has not yet been announced.
In addition, there are new Bewitching skins for Neeko, Cassiopeia, LeBlanc, Senna and Anivia, in keeping with Halloween.
URF returns!
Also announced in the trailer is the return of the Ultra-Rapid-Fire (URF) mode as part of the event. In this mode, champions have significantly shorter cooldowns, there are no mana or energy costs and both attack speed, run speed and toughness are significantly increased.
