The upcoming LoL patch has a lot in store. Besides the new champion Naafiri, the brand new game mode “Arena” will be introduced. We took a look at the Early Patch Notes.

With LoL patch 13.14, the new champion Naafiri finally finds his way into the Gap. But Riot Games has even more in store for you. The new game mode “Arena” will also be introduced with the upcoming update. You can find all the new features known so far in this article.

When is LoL Patch 13.14 coming?

Patch 13.14 will go live on Wednesday, July19 Riot Games patch schedule 

In general, the update will be played out on the EUW server around 5am and will involve a short server downtime.

Patch 13.14 – New Soul Fighter Skins

Some new skins will also be released as part of the upcoming patch.

In addition to the new champion Naafiri also Lux, Pyke, Samira and Sett will get a brand new Soul Fighter skin missed.

Pyke even gets a Prestige version of the skin on top.

LoL patch 13.14 – Naafiri and new game mode

The upcoming patch has two absolute innovations in store for League of Legends players.

In addition to Naafiri, the new Darkin Champion, a new game mode will also be introduced as part of the “Soul Fighter Summer Event”.

In “Arena “ four teams of 2 will compete against each other in several rounds. The rounds are divided into buying and fighting phases and you have the opportunity to improve your champions with special augmentations.

LoL Patch 13.14 – Champion Changes

These are the anticipated changes for patch 13.14. As these are so far only Early Patch Notes changes may still occur.

Aatrox

Q – The Darkin Blade 

  • Base damage reduced: 10 – 90 -☻ 10 – 70 
  • AD scaling: 60% – 80% -☻ 60% – 100%
  • Damage to Minions: 55% -☻ 55% – 70% 

Lissandra

Q – Ice Shard 

  • Now slows a specific area instead of just the first target hit

R – Frozen Tomb 

  • Minimum Base Healing: 90 – 190 -☻ 100 – 200 
  • Minimum AP Healing Scaling: 25% -☻ 55% 

Shyvana

Q – Twin Bite 

  • AD scaling increased: 20% – 80% -☻ 20% – 100% 
  • Cooldown increased: 7 – 5 seconds -☻ 8 – 6 seconds
  • Now grants 40% – 60% attack speed for the two attacks

E – Flame Breath 

  • On-hit now scales at 1% maximum life per 100 bonus AD

Volibear

W – Frenzied Maul 

  • Healing increased: 8% – 16% -☻ 8% – 20% 

Xerath

Base Stats

  • Mana decreased: 459 -☻ 400

Passive – Mana Surge 

  • Cooldown reduced by 2 seconds per kill

R – Rite of the Arcane 

  • Number of bullets increased: 3 – 5 -☻ 3 -7
  • Base damage reduced: 200 – 300 -☻ 200 – 280 
  • AP scaling reduced: 45% -☻ 40% 
  • Increases damage by 20 – 30 +5% AP per champion hit

Zyra

Passive – Garden of Thorns

  • Plants receive less damage from AOE spells: 4 -☻ 
  • Bonus plant damage to monsters: 150% damage against non-epic monsters -☻ 40 – 100 bonus Magic Damage (based on level) to all monsters 

W – Rampant Growth 

  • Seeds on first rank-up: 1 -☻ 

E – Grasping Roots 

  • Flash is no longer blocked during application

R – Stranglethorns

  • User no longer runs to position but applies skill at maximum range

LoL Patch 13.14 – Item Changes

Runaan’s Hurricane

  • On-hit damage increased: 15 -☻ 30 
  • AD scaling reduced: 50% -☻ 40%

Youmouu’s Ghostblade 

  • Passive Lethality is now differentiated between Melee and Ranged

Galeforce

  • Critical damage increased: 35% -☻ 45%
  • Active damage reduced: 150 – 350 -☻ 150 – 300

Infinity Edge

  • Critical damage increased: 35% -☻ 45% 
  • AD reduced: 70 – 65 

Trinity Force 

  • Base AD per stack increased: 4% -☻ 6%
  • Number of stacks reduced: 5 -☻ 3

LoL Patch 13.14 – Further System Changes

Ghost 

  • Lasts increased: 10 seconds -☻ 15 seconds
  • Kills no longer increase duration

JungleChanges

  • Gold per treat increased: 20 -☻ 25 
  • Blue Buff Ability Haste adjusted: 10 -☻ 5 – 20 
  • Red Buff Damage reduced: 10 – 78 -☻ 10 – 75
  • Red Buff Melee Slow reduced: 10% – 20% (1 – 11) -☻ 5% – 20% (1-16)
  • Red Buff Ranged Slow adjusted: 5% – 10% (1-11)
