If you play League of Legends professionally in North America, you probably have few financial worries. At least that’s what Hal Biagas, managing director of the North America LCS Players Association (NALCSPA) says.
This year, the average income of LCS players is about $410,000. That means a monthly salary of more than 34,000 dollars. This is what the CEO of NALCSPA claims. The organization represents the interests of all players in the LCS.
As announced by @hbiagas on #EssentialEsports today, the average LCS player's salary is now approximately $410,000.
Time for them to chip in and fund the LCS Players' Association themselves, I think.
Full independence would be a boon.

But of course there are also players who are well above average. The absolute top players are said to earn more than one million a year. Nevertheless, the players normally also receive accommodation, food and other running costs from the teams.
This number surprises many big names in the scene. According to a survey by ESPN, the average salary in 2016 was still 105,385 dollars.
