Riot Games seems to be planning quite a few adjustments of off-meta builds with the next patch 12.19. Master Yi also seems to be getting a nerf
The next update in League of Legends is already on the doorstep. According to the lead designer of Riot Games Matt “Phroxzon” Leung-Harrison, there will be several changes to off-meta builds with patch 12.19 on Wednesday. Syndra is also expected to receive a tweak with the update, which is scheduled for 5 October.
Syndra is hardly found on the mid-lane in the current meta, . With the upcoming patch, however, this should change again. The champion will probably receive quite a few changes. Especially the passive ability seems to be completely revised. After the update, Syndra will have to farm Splinters, which are collected by damaging enemies or leveling up. These strengthen the champion”s abilities.

Netheless, there will probably be some nerfs for the champions in the Summoner”s Rift. Master Yi seems to lose some of his damage and Rek”Sai will probably also have her penetrating power reduced. The mythical item “Eclipse”, on the other hand, is planned to have its lethality factor weakened, but its damage will probably be increased in return.
Final 12.19! Adding some fun off-meta builds like Jungle Robots. Syndra midscope coming in! Eclipse is an important load bearing item for AD”s+Fighters to play an early spike, higher risk playstyle and Assassins to play more durable. Riot Games seems to want to buff a total of seven champions with the upcoming patch, including Udyr on the top lane. The healing of the W skill is likely to be improved as well as the damage of the R skill in the early stages of the game. In addition, Riot Games is probably also planning a little surprise for the community. At the very least, there will probably be different buffs for off-meta builds, which have not been named in more detail yet.

Riot Games is already working on the next update for League of Legends. Patch 12.19 is expected to make some changes to off-meta builds and slightly weaker champions on Tuesday, according to Riot Games lead designer Matt “Phroxzon” Leung-Harrison. The update is scheduled for October 5.
Udyr had just received another adjustment in the previous patch 12.18. In the process, his DPS was buffed, but received a nerf as a tank. With the upcoming update, Udyr is planned to be improved on the top lane. In total, Riot Games seems to want to buff seven champions, including Jinx, Sona and also Ryze. Likewise, various off-meta builds will probably receive an improvement, which have not yet been named in more detail.
However, Riot Games is also planning a few mitigations with patch 12.19. Among the nerfs, only Master Yi and Rek”Sai are likely to be affected. The mid-laner Syndra, on the other hand, will probably get a complete overhaul in the Summoner”s Rift.
A few changes to Off-Meta builds as well as some changes to various languishing champions. Mostly not trying to overhaul the practice environment, but addressing a few clearly weak champions and some that are outliers. pic.twitter.com/hhopKA7DfY

Also, Riot Games seems to be keeping an eye on the mythical item Eclipse. A nerf is planned for the item in League of Legends with patch 12.19. Currently, update 12.18 is live in the game, on which even the upcoming Worlds 2022 will be played. Therefore, Riot Games can once again make changes without worrying too much about affecting the competitive scene.
