The League of Legends Patch 13.5 is not a big update, but still brings some important changes. Besides the Yuumi rework, some champions and runes will be changed
Even though patch 13.5 in League of Legends is not as big as the previous patches, it is still worth taking a look at the patch notes. Besides the big Yuumi rework, some champions and runes are changed.
Changes in the Jungle
To limit early ganks and allow more strategies in higher levels again, the change to damage enemy camps is discarded.
Damage in the Jungle: Junglers will again do 20% more damage to all Camps and Crabbers – including enemy ones.
In addition, some stats change on Gold through jungle camps and Jungle Experience

You might think Azir is a thorn in the side of Riot Games. The Emperor of the Sands has already been tinkered with quite a bit in recent patches.
