Riot Games has released a new clip of the upcoming League of Legends series “Arcane”. It is set to launch on Netflix in the autumn.

Slowly but surely more and more details about the LoL series “Arcane” are coming to light. Riot Games has now shared a new clip of the Netflix production on the Chinese social media platform “Weibo”.

In the clip, we get to see more of Jinx and Vi, presumably as teenagers, talking about their childhood and their home in Piltover. The video also teases the main plot of the series, as the two characters’ relationship is said to be the focus.

New Arcane Footage from League Weibo from leagueoflegends

It’s the first real glimpse of Arcane since June when a first clip for the series was already released. This one mainly shows Jinx in her iconic look and makes it clear that the relationship between the two protagonists does not always remain as harmonious as it is in the new trailer.

When is Arcane coming?

While info on the storyline is already being diligently shared by Riot, the LoL publisher is still keeping mum on a release date for the series. So far it is only known that Arcane is supposed to start in autumn 2021.

Nevertheless, we are curious to see what the animated League of Legends series will look like in the end. Especially after Netflix was already able to convince us with “Dota: Dragon’s Blood”.
