Silco as a caring father, war and possibly intimate scenes. New details about the upcoming season of the League of Legends series were revealed in a Q&A session.

Arcane was among the Netflix hits of last year. A sequel to the series from the LoL cosmos is on the cards. Co-creators of the hit series Christian “Praeco” Linke and Alex “IdleSkribbles” Yee held a Q&A session on Reddit on Tuesday in which they answered a variety of questions from fans, revealing some clues about the upcoming season. While a release date was not shared, a few storylines were.

Following the huge success of the animated series, a sequel was announced back in November last year with the second season. So far, there have been no more specific details about the further development of Powder and Co. Linke and Yee are now teasing an action-packed story in the Ask-Me-Anything (AMA). When asked how they would sum up the second season in just one word, the co-creators answered with “War” and “Rubicon” – i.e. a plot after which there is no turning back.

In addition, great emotions are to be played with once again. The question of whether there will be a younger Silco to see as a father figure to Powder and Vander before the betrayal has been confirmed. Arcane editor Amanda Overton added that scenes appear in the episode that made her cry every time.

Linke went on to say that Silco had braided young Powder”s hair and possibly even had a machine invented for it. However, Powder was always tinkering with the machine and he eventually had to braid her braids by hand until she could do it herself. It was also “quite possible” that Mel Medarda would be back.

Recurring characters and more merchandise for fans

Shippers can also possibly brace themselves for a sex scene, which Linke says “might” appear. However, it remains unmentioned which characters will be involved. Yee also commented with a brief “There will be magic” in response to a question and a joking “I”ll make a request” on whether Vis abs will be shown.

Those who have taken a liking to the special drawing style of the series can also look forward to an art book. Linke confirmed that a book is in the works. He does not know exactly what the current status is, but it should definitely be published. It was also confirmed that more merchandise for the series will be produced.
