Cyberpunk 2077 is nu al een jaar uit. Sindsdien is er al veel gebeurd. De ontwikkelaars hebben veel werk verzet en bugs verholpen in de laatste paar patches en updates, vooral op het gebied van prestaties en stabiliteit. De volgende grote patch, 1.5, zal in het eerste kwartaal van 2022 worden uitgebracht (voor het geval u het zich afvraagt: patch 1.4 is als versienummer overgeslagen).

Respawn dropped a new skin in Apex Legends for Bangalore, complete with
its own bespoke intro animation. Good luck trying to peep that animation
though, because the skin is currently crashing players’ games.
The issue was brought to attention on Reddit, with a video showing players
getting booted from the lobby as soon as they try to select Bangalore
equipped with the Mil-Spec skin. It looks to be an issue with the intro
animation itself, with the crashes occurring right as it attempts to play.
The video shows the player just getting punted back to the title screen,
but others have reported it crashing their game, forcing them to reboot
entirely.

A Respawn employee responded to the Reddit post and said the developer is
“working on” a fix. Oddly, it hasn’t temporarily pulled the £16/$20 skin
down from the store. Instead, a warning screen appears when the game is
booted letting players know that there are issues with the skin. The
warning also says you can easily load back into the game with the skin
equipped following the crash, but it’s a frustrating process for a fairly
pricey cosmetic.

In de aanloop waren er al enkele geruchten en vermeende lekken die spraken over nieuwe functies. Hoewel deze al grotendeels zijn ontkend door de fabrikant, kunnen we nu pen en papier pakken om uw grootste feature wensen voor de nieuwe update te noteren. Misschien worden sommige van hen toch nog uitgevoerd!
Wat is er gepland voor Cyberpunk 2077 in de toekomst
Natuurlijk is de release van patch 1.5 niet het einde van het verhaal – zelfs daarna staat er nog een hoop op de to-do lijst van de ontwikkelaars. Zo zijn er naast gratis DLC’s diverse uitgebreide uitbreidingen en een Season Pass gepland. Kijk eens naar onze (Roadmap overview) van de gratis en betaalde add-ons!
De langverwachte multiplayermodus, die gebaseerd zou zijn op GTA Online, moet ook nog worden ontwikkeld. Maar u zult nog even geduld moeten hebben totdat er concrete informatie of gegevens zijn.
