Malstrom Protocol is the challenging and free expansion to Rainbow Six Extraction. The weekly challenges increase their level of difficulty with each game round, so that experienced players will definitely reach their limits. A total of nine targets with varying mutations await you each week. With each game round, not only does your time to eliminate the object become shorter, but the number of medikits also decreases significantly.
In addition, you only have access to six operators in this game mode. These change weekly, as do the target objects and their mutations. But your efforts are rewarded in the form of exclusive headgear and masses of XP.

Rainbow Six Extraction’s Malstrom Protocol presents you with a daunting challenge that requires much more than killing Archaea. Additionally, you must prepare for the unknown and use your skills tactically. But above all this demanding combat is one question: will you take on the next challenge or will you settle for the current rewards and perform an extraction?
