The group stage of the VCT Masters Stage 3 in Berlin is coming to an end. We take a look at the most popular agents among the VALORANT stars.

The best VALORANT players in the world are currently competing against each other at the VCT Masters in Berlin. The playoffs start on Friday. One day before the end of the group stage, we take a look at the most played agents in the pros.

Not surprisingly, Jett is at the top of the list of all agents in the pros with an 82 percent pick rate on 41 maps played so far. Jett’s mobility via the Dash is a major advantage: the E-ability is one of the strongest abilities in VALORANT. With the Ultimate, the pros also have a strong weapon at their disposal that can even replace a Buy in some rounds and thus save money.

The mobile duelist is thus basically a good choice on every map. The situation is a little different with most of the other agents, because their strength often depends on the selected map.

Utility depending on map condition
So Sova

has a pick rate of 62% at the VCT Masters in Berlin, but the initiator has not yet been played on Split. One of the reasons for this is that his reconnaissance arrow cannot be used very effectively here due to the map layout. Instead, the pros on Split often prefer to use Raze.

It’s a similar story with Astra and Skye, who, with 59 and 55 per cent pick rates respectively, have often been represented in the tournament so far, but both are hardly to be seen at all on Icebox. On the other hand, Sage, for example, who has a 49 percent pick rate, is not as good on any other map as she is on Icebox and Split. There she can optimally shield off areas with her barrier.

  • The agent pickrates at the VCT Masters Berlin:
  • Jett – 82%
  • Sova – 62%
  • Astra – 59%
  • Skye – 55%
  • Sage – 49%
