Riot Games has released a music video and the theories are growing that it features a teaser for the next VALORANT agent.
In the colourful music video for the song “Can’t Slow Me Down“, Jett does a speed run over the rooftops of Seoul – and also runs past a neon sign that could be a clue to the next agent. It shows the face of a woman with short blue hair – is this perhaps Agent 19?
This ad appears multiple times in the Jett M/V. A quick Google search returns nothing on “Victoria Vector”.

How to connect with LoL Universe
Fans of the Riot Games universe immediately recognise: the woman bears similarities to Vi, a champion from the League of Legends universe and one of the main characters in the successful series Arcane. This could strengthen the assumption that this is Agent 19, because apparently Riot Games has taken a liking to creating a connection between VALORANT and LoL characters.
Just recently, for the latest appearances of Agent Neon and Champion Zeri, the development teams of both games were merged and the intentional “co-launch” of the characters was confirmed. Fans previously noted the many similarities between the two characters – most notably, their abilities are based on electricity. However, the two characters are not supposed to be connected in their universes.
Apparently, Riot Games can well imagine continuing this for future characters. Indeed, game designer Ryan “rycou” Cousart said of the co-development project: “It taught us more about our own game and changed the way we think about agent design in the future.” Is this perhaps already a hint at Agent 19, who looks so much like the popular Jungle Champion Vi?
“Undercity” skin bundle condenses theory
Another hint: The scene with the neon sign from the music video forms the design basis of the latest weapon skin bundle called “Undercity”. And “Undercity” is not an unknown place, but the district where Arcane main character Vi grew up.
When is the next agent coming out?
We can’t expect the new agent in the next act yet, because Riot Games wants to focus on the adjustments of the game rather than on big new game content like agents or maps. This means that Agent 19 will not be playable until Act 3 at the earliest, or even until the next episode.
By the way: In the game itself, Neon is titled “Agent 19“. On the VALORANT website, however, she is listed as the 18th agent, since “Agent 8” is still unknown and thus only 18 agents are playable so far.
Riot Games is known for including teasers for new content in their games or more content. Even the last two agents, Chamber and Neon, have been teased before in sneak peeks in content videos from VALORANT. Whether the blue-haired woman in the music video and on the skins is really the next agent, we will probably soon find out from Riot Games.
