The World of Warcraft expansion Shadowlands has been online for almost a year. Since then, a lot has happened in the worlds beyond the veil. In the latest announcement about the expansion, Blizzard talks about the upcoming content update 9.1.5 and finally announces a release date. The content update is scheduled to go online on 2 November.

The upcoming content update for Shadowlands offers a lot of new possibilities to enrich your gameplay. On the one hand, you can refine the appearance of your characters through further customisation options. On the other hand, you can expect the new weekly bonus event Legion Time Walks, which allows you to explore the Mage Tower on the Devastated Coast. In addition, the content update also offers four improvements to your gameplay that will make a game of WoW easier.

  • Single Player & Group Island Expedition RegistrationIndividuals and groups can now register for Normal, Heroic and Mythic difficulty levels. Rich rewards await you during these expeditions.
  • Allied races unlockedAllied races no longer need to be unlocked after completing a dungeon. Players can simply skip the previously required quests.
  • Links on the Transmogrification SetDisplay your entire transmogrification set in chat or online from the fitting room. Hover over the items to see how you can obtain them, if you already own them, and if they are available for that character:
  • Power adjustments for PvP equipmentIn PvP situations, characters with lower item levels will receive a higher scaled level. This serves to mitigate uneven combat and should give newcomers a chance to last longer.
